Tennis Sports Psychology

Does your CONFIDENCE and FOCUS disappear during a match?

You want to play as well in a MATCH as you do in PRACTICE?

You LOSE to players you should be WINNING against?

Adrian Nicklin - tennis psychology

I can help you

After 20 years of playing and coaching tennis all over the UK, Europe and the Middle East I have found that it is us holding ourselves back and preventing ourselves from playing our best game.

Either consciously or unconsciously, you’re preventing you from playing your best game and match.

You might not have the physical ability to play like Andy Murray or Heather Watson but you can achieve and have the same mental power and control as they do.

We’ve all seen the tennis matches where even the world’s best tennis player can lose concentration, become frustrated and focus on how badly they are playing rather than the game they want to play.

Improving your mental strength and your tennis

Our mind can be trained like any other muscle in the body. The more time you exercise it, work on it and use it the stronger, fitter and more powerful it becomes. By exercising and improving your mental fitness and power you will significantly improve your tennis game and match skills.

“Matthew and I thoroughly enjoyed the session. We both agreed it was stimulating and thought provoking. Your manner and presentation style was perfect. Matthew capped a good week by winning both his matches in Nottingham very comfortably and employed the AAA’s and used Anchors! Thanks again for your help”
