Does your CONFIDENCE and FOCUS disappear during a match?
Do you LOSE to teams you are CONVINCED you should be beating?
Do you MISS when you have a supposedly ‘EASY’ shot, pass, tackle?
After 20 years of playing and coaching sport all over the UK, Europe and the Middle East I have found that it is us holding ourselves back and preventing ourselves from playing our best game.
Either consciously or unconsciously, you’re preventing you from playing your best game and match.
If you are a member of a team, a coach, a manager or even a proud and dedicated sporting parent you want the best for the player. You will have experienced the ups and downs of winning and losing. The ups and downs of players playing well, and sometimes not. It this down to good preparation or just luck!

Small changes to routines and behaviour have had a positive effect on the self-belief, confidence and their performance. Adrian's first publication 'You can be Serious' is an easy read for sports performers and can be applied across individual and team sports”.

By exercising and improving your mental fitness and power you will significantly improve your overall game and match skills, I can help you.
We’ll work through the four C’s that underpin sports psychology:
We use a range of techniques and tools to achieve this including:-
